God Without Religion:
If the churches added that these are suggestions or others experience instead of the black and white this is the only way, I think they would get a better responce. To me i have a God without religion because I dont have to answer to anyone and spirit is always available and always present to connect with. A personal relationship is waht it is.

I think it is a true personal relationship without too many middlemen.

Tara:
That be it all right. Sometimes i wonder if the leaders of other religions dont want their followers to become powerful. Spiritually powerful that is. Is the greatest master the one with the most students or the one who creates the most masters.

lol... how many is too many?
Nature puts our parents in the middle. Growth demands that there be others... teachers... guides. All religion does is put some organization to all of that.

Diana:
There is nothing wrong with teachers and guides. But a teacher or a guide has no buisness involving themselves in a personal relationship with Spirit. It is not there place to tell someone what they think God wants them to do. And it is downright abusive to tell them they are going to hell if they dont change there ways. Do as i say or oyu will burn in hell. Every dictator that has ever lived has had the same mantra as that one.

I'd agree with you, if I didn't really believe it. We get glimpses of it already.

Sorry, I thought you were the one who at some point had posted about some people experiencing a little bit of hell now... my mistake. Bad memory at times.

Diana:
I might have posted about hell being an experience now. My life has had some experiences in which i would call a personal hell. And yes i believe i have also had some heaven on earth experiences also. No judgement for me in the afterlife. Just a life review which might be painful because i will see where my life could have been easier with just a few different choices made at the time. I believe we judge ourselves more harshly than any God could or would.

God Without Religion
God doesnt come in, for God never left!! And if God never left, I am and will always be an expression of God. I want to know God as the infinite resourse within. The only difference between Jesus and us is our awareness of oneness There is nowhere where I can go to get any closer to God than right were I am. God is present with me because I am present. Thus comes the renewed awareness of who I really am and opens me up to the flow of God.
