(A little taste of roleplay... why not? You can change the scene as you see fit and what you think would work well with the flow.)
Whoever feels the need to join me on this "journey", just go ahead and join.
A clearing in a forest with pine needles covering the ground, making her steps quiet. Tara looks up to see it is a nice warm sunny day. And in the middle of the forest blanketed by shadows of the trees and sprinkled with thin streams of sunlight here and there, she feels at peace.
A crack of a stick in the background. She looks over her shoulder to see...

...a curious Siberian tiger carefully approaching her.
The tiger circled around to face Tara, it's back arched, anxiously awaiting her reaction.
Taking a step toward the tiger, Tara reaches her hand out...

...."Awww, darn" Tara comments silently as her hand trembles closer and closer. She struggles to take the first step even closer, ever watchful of the tiger's emerald eyes. "Here, kitty, kitty, kitty..." ( ) The tiger, still standing there, frozen finally decides to blink. Thinking the coast is clear, she finally pets the tiger on the head. Slowly the muscles along the tiger's legs begin to loosen and finally, she relaxes and allows for a good petting. Tara dares to seat herself upon the cool forest ground, mkaing sure not to step on her beautifully flowing dark purple velvet robe. "Why have you come, and why did you have to sneak up on me like that?" she inquires. But the tiger remains calm, and seems to wish to just doze off. Remembering the beauty around her, Tara decides to lay down and enjoy the view of the canopy the trees seem to make. She begins to doze off as well...

Amid the canopy she sees an eagle, sharp eyes focusing on her. It glides gently down and perches beside her, head cocked inquisitively, one eye still studying her. Tara wakes up in surprise, yet finds no eagle by her side. Sleep claims her again, and the last thing she see is a shadow crossing a gap in the trees....

...alas, a man, of slender build and bold features made his way towards the maiden, his shoulders darting skillfully through the ever weaving maze of brush and limb. Reaching the meadowed clearing, he sighed, and looked interestedly upon the beautiful young women asleep in front of him. After only a moment of contemplation, he knelt, and resumed his curious stare, stopping periodically only to brush forest debris from his silken cloak, or pull an unpleasant twig from his long dark hair. Who knew what this girl could be doing, so far from the beaten path, and what of when she awakes...

...she feels the slight passage of air pass over her face. Blinking to reality, she is startled by the handsom man who kneels by her side. She looks around for the comfort of the protective tiger only to find it has gotten up and moved across to the other side of the clearing, watching the events unfold. Tara quickly gets up and nearly stumbles across the clearing towards the tiger. She looks back at the man and she realizes...

...that his eyes are the same golden color of the eagle in her dream. "Did you enjoy your dream?" He asked, an amused twinkle in his eye. "It was one of my better. Now, don't be afraid, I won't bite." He sat back again, waiting to see what Tara would do.....

She takes her morning walk today in the forest, happy to be away from people and their constant racket. She much perfers the sounds of animals to her human companions. She feels sorry for them, always having to make way for humans-so much inbalance. It's almost like she can feel the emotions here.
She stops at a clearing, glancing at a pair of adult birds as they were watching a pair of babies. Cute, she mused, but not to touch. She had to remind herself of this because she really, didn't know a stranger when it came to animals. And she knew she would scare them away, and the parents might leave, if she touched a baby.
She resisted the urge to climb the tree, but she wasn't good at that anyway, probably to her own benifit.
She quickly turned around on her heels and noticed a clearing full of people. Noticing it was a man and a woman-she gave them the privacy she would have afforded anyone, and kept wondering around the area.

...But soon after, she realized she had forgotten about the man she left behind. She looked around frantically hoping that the tiger wouldn't be sneaking upon her. Nope, no sign of her.
So she searches around realizing that ultimately, she's lost. She looked for the birds that were caring for their young, but she couldn't find them either. Tara, began to get worried so she decided to have a seat on a nearby rock seemingly placed next to a beautiful willow tree. Still worried, she decides that first she must calm down so she can collect her thoughts. Where was she last? It didn't seem that long ago, nor far away that she was with the tiger and the handsom man...

Then all of a sudden she hears what seems to be the cracking of branches, and then out of the blue someone jumps on her. he tackles her to the ground, and tries to stab her with the knife, but she grabs his arm in time to see the knife flying through the air. They struggle to grab the knife, and he slaps her knocking the wind out of her. When she finally gets up, and stubbles clumsly to the tree trying to find something to protect herself. He lets out a hideous evil laugh, and lunges towards her, and within seconds he has her only to be devoured by the man beast within him..
