I think it means that man's creations and earth's creations mean nothing next to God's or Heaven's creations.....that heaven waits in the wings is the best of all and our motivation. That the world is not perfect, and heaven is.

But the line that says:
And the shadow of thy perfect bliss Is the sunshine of ours.
This is the one I like. I think these words weigh most heavily in the message of the piece, yet... I think it's kinda hard to exactly put it into words what I think it means.
Why would someone's worries be the happiness for someone else? Is he really talking about happiness?
