Interesting the irony here that the majority of people will miss. Since Christmas was started because Christians wanted their own holiday celebration during the Pagan festivities...

It is a bit of an irony, but in the current culture it would seem that whatever holiday gets the credit cards swiping will be kept and praised by those in power.

So if Santa was black how long would he be up there before it was called a hate crime and the guy got sued into the poor house?

The ACLU would jump in and save him because it is considered free speech.
Then the ACLU would sue him because the case has to do with santa, who has to do with Christmas and with the seperation of church and state the ACLU will claim that since he was directly responsible for Christmas (a religious item) being presented in the court (a government item)...

So at first, the Christians were complaining that the devil is taking over society by trying to remove mention of Christmas and all, and now there is too much Christmas in commercial places. #idunno# I still think the display should've had something other than the doll's head.
