Just wondering. And are you satisfied with your current wardrobe or are you looking for something different/new?

Most of my clothes are hand-me-downs given to me when I was serving as secretary at my church (in lieu of paying me enough to live on ). So my wardrobe is a hodgepodge of styles and colors... but all very nice. The folks who gave them to me have a lot better sense of those things than I do.

i clicked "a little flashy/provocative". not that my clothes are very expensive or anything but i like to wear bright flowery shirts (like ace ventura) and i'd class that as provocative (though perhaps you meant something else by that word ) i need new clothes, though, i'm always running short and i don't have any interesting t-shirts, i always wear the same kind of outfit - trousers (blue, green or black) a white t-shirt and a flowery shirt ... i need a new style ...

My closet consists of a little bit of everything, though a good portion of what you'll find is dark in colour. I'm not one to care much about what's 'hip' or 'in.' Though sometimes when I notice a trend, I'll go out of my way to do the opposite...just because it's fun.

Probably artsy; I wear a lot of black, but not in goth style, more because it's a color that looks nice on almost everyone. I also wear a lot of Asian and Indian clothes.

I choose "all of the above". I like to change styles depending on how I feel. I do wish I had a little more on the artsy side or created some of my own things. Creating things was always fun for me, but I have no sense of style and sometimes I do get a little shy. So to me, that's "risky". lol I really don't keep up with the latest trends as much as I want to, but I don't want to be right on top of it b/c I'll end up looking like everyone else, and I don't like that. I have some "sporty" things like certain shorts (which I rarely wear in public, why? I don't know). I have mostly casual, but I really want my clothes to start reflecting who I am. I want to be able to have the elegant things (or clothing leaning towards elegant) when I feel that way when I wake up in the morning. Or I may want something a little fashy (like my hot red polyester pants. lol)
Now that I think about it, I don't remember the last time I actually really went shopping for clothes (besides using gift cards) I mean, right now I'm wearing this stripped (sideways) black and white t-shirt with a V-neck that I've had since seventh grade! (yeah, that's when I stopped growing...lol)
Ophelia, you said you wear a lot of Asian and Indian clothing. How so? Like shirts and pant styles normally worn in such countries or like actual like dresses or something? (what the hell am I talking about?)
I had a teacher that would come to school dressed in a Sari (with nice jewelry and everything). Another day it would be something from another country. It's part of her everyday wardrobe.
Does anyone here get get looks from other people b/c of what you wear?

I like the general ethnic styles, but every once in a while if I'm feeling brave, I'll wear actual traditional clothes

horizontal stripes are called hoops where i come from - the football team i support wears a blue and white hooped jersey, our rivals wear black and white stripes (as in vertical stripes). our new away strip for this season is blue tartan ;D that'll be an interesting addition to the wardrobe ...

Well, I wear whatever is cheap... but that is not to say that I do not have nice clothes. I use to have a wear a tie to where I worked, so I dressed moderately nice, but I don't often wear those clothes except to special occasions. For the most part I just look for comfort and fit. Fit is the hardest thing to find on me. Some clothes that I like my girlfriend made for me... and some she bought. If I had my way, I would not wear a thing... I walk around my house in the buff and thats the way I prefer being. Or in shorts and flip-flops, when I'm outside. Actually, I never had to wear clothes, nor weary about them much. I swim and run... and well, you can do both of those in just shorts if you are a guy. And thats not much of a fashion statement if you ask me.

I have a bit of everything, though if you were to say I had a theme I guess it would be disney. I have a lot of pooh bear tops. I also have a few looney tunes tops too. I'm a blue jeans, tshirt kinda gal. I don't like dresses all that much, unless they're extremly formal. I know it's weird, but oh well.
