I figured it would be nice to talk about our musical talents. As for me, I have an ear (can pick up sounds and replay them easily), but as for making my own music, my only fault is being too lazy. I'd rather do something else. But every once in a while, I'd stum sumthin' on the guitar or I'd strike a few notes on the keyboard. I can play on the recorder as well. (I like woodwind instruments as well:))
Recently, I've decided to try and learn "One Man's Dream" written by Yanni on my keyboard. I'm not a big fan of Yanni, but every cd I've come across of his, there is always one song that takes my heart away into the air. I think that is very interesting, don't you think?
Are any of you in the process of learning anything? What kinds of instruments do you posses? Any stories?

I also forgot to mention that I attend drumming circles every once in a while. Those seem to be very realxing for me and people of all ages attend this event. I think it would be good to start one in your area. Our "rule" is that you can bring your own. The host usually had millions of percussion instruments for all of us to explore, but some people have connections with their own drums. A lot of people do these drumming circles for spiritual purposes- their way of getting closer to Spirit.

I'm a pianist, but I gave it up, as I just didn't have the will or capability. Now I sing in the shower (Showers should be officially recognized as an instrument. ;D).
