That's so sick!!! Poor kitties...everything deserves a proper burial, a garbage bag is no proper sendoff. Not to mention the threat to the public's health, and the health of the cats that had to deal with such a stench.
That the lady gets to keep the cats that are a live boggles my mind, because how do we know they're getting proper health care, especially the ones that are supposedly ill.

I guess the officials trusted that she was only trying to help them. She also said she wanted to keep the live cats from the dead ones... It's still kinda nsty thinking about it. But if she does a professional burial...do you know how much that would cost? Maybe cremation would be better...but that costs even more.

Well she had these animals in her care, she probably should have thought about some way of disposing them besides garbage bags.
I'm not talking about even putting them in a pet cemetery, but she could have buried them in her yard or something...

Poor cats, but can you imagine actually having that many animals in your home?
