Ok, I originally removed this b/c I thought no one was interested, but I still can't believe the damn thing. The Mary statue is still standing. The following is a picture from the scene that was in today's newspaper. Some have come with flowers and cameras. Most have offered prayers, whispering them to the white marble statue of the Virgin Mary that was left standing among the ruins of St. Mary's Ukrainian Catholic Church in Colchester. ( From Ctnow)

Guess its one of God's little ways of reminding us He's there.

Isn't it? Apparently the blast hurt no one and was able to be felt for up to 10 miles! That means I should have most definately felt it. An old man just stepped out of his car when the blast happend. He was in tears describing how he would have been in the building in a matter of a few seconds. I think it could have been coincidence, but felt up to 10 miles and not one casualty?

That is really odd. If it were a divine act of God, what did He want to say? Other than, I am here, of course.
Sounds like a lot of Angels were busy keeping all of you safe.
Was the statue of Mary unharmed? I don't believe as Catholics do about her, but I admit there is something very odd about all the miracles that happen with her-the sightings of her and things like that.

That is really odd. If it were a divine act of God, what did He want to say? Other than, I am here, of course. I was thinking (since I didn't know much about how that church was run) that if it is a sign then it would be something along the lines of "screw the church, focus on Me". Or yes, it could have been an 'I'm here'. When I went to check out the sight, my feelings were more of an "I'm here" than anything else. It didn't feel like any sort of punishment thing whatsoever. I know, especially the man that was about to go in... Not a scratch as far as the news reports go. But now their digging up all around the place. I have no idea why at the moment, but I assume that it is because of the water system or something, who knows? But we can longer walk to the statue of Mary and I wanted to do that. *pouts* I still see people walking away with cameras in their hands, so they're still taking pictures and talking to the family who ran the church which lived behind the church. This explosion happend around the time the Ukranian people were to have a festival and the building was going to be filled with people only a few hours later in preparation for this event.
