What are your thoughts on bleeding statues? I've also heard of statues that drink milk.

I've heard about statues that cry as well-mostly Mary statues.

Yeah, that too. What do you think about such things?

I'm not sure-some think it is a sign of Jesus returning..part of me wants a practical reason rather than say a biblical explanation. Are they actual tears/blood? I would just like all things ruled out first, not because I don't want to believe such a thing exists, but because I must make sure I'm not having my leg pulled by a church that has done something to the statue. It may sound untrusting, but I just can't accept things as is.
I'm really puzzled by it, and I think maybe I'd be able to decide if I was close to one of the statues. I've also heard that some people touch these statues or touch the blood/tears and are healed of things.

In a way I want to believe that it's supernatural because I think that sort of thing would look cool. lol However, I'm curious to know what's inside those statues and what's going on. Some people like to have tourists and they'll do anything to get tourists.
