So...how's the weather been where you live? We haven't had rain in nealry a week and a half and I expect some pretty bad thunderstorms tonight. We got out of school early because the AC's weren't working. A lot of schools did. It wasn't really hot, but the mugginess made it feel that way. I could barely breathe in school so I'm glad I was out early.

I'm glad you got out then..couldn't have ya'll getting sick!
The weather was interesting last night, the last two storms we've had it's been mostly all lightening and thunder but no rain. And we need rain!

You can have some of the rain from here! I am so sick of the rain that I am about to start a protest against Mother Nature.
Can't go fishing with all this rain. The kids are all stuck in the house and that is even worse than not being able to go fishing!!!

It's humid and fluctuating between rain and sunshine. Is anyone here from Alberta? I read in the papers that they've had major flooding due to rainfalls. There was a picture of a man floating down a street in an innertube. lol

the weather's been pretty good in edinburgh apart from the last couple of days when it's turned a bit wet. i still don't have internet access so that's why i'm hardly on here these days. i always get sunburn when it's hot (which is quite a feat considering how weak the sunrays are in scotland seeing as it's so far north - same latitude as moscow ... or is it longitude ... the north-south measurement, whatever it is) i was playing football in the pouring rain the other day, it was great fun, the rain was so heavy

The north-south would be long (longitude). That's how I remember it. lol Although east-west could be long too, but whatever.

Well I'd love to have some rain. I keep telling the sky that it's "OK" , it can rain I give it full permission. Hey can we get someone to do a rain dance? lol we're to our 100 degree days now, and I hate that. Last summer though it rained a lot, I guess mother nature just likes to keep us all in suspense.

Oh, we got our thunderstorm a few days ago and some rain. No lightning though. I expected lightning. We still have clouds...lots of thick heavy ones that refuse to rain. What could possibly cause that to happen?

Tons of rain here. Yet, the lawn has managed to die.
