I'm sorry, but I found this absolutely hilarious! I mean, how could you not find that funny?!

Yes, that was the avatar for someone on another board. Every time I watch it I get a chuckle... ;D

Hehe... I found it in someone's signature. I wonder how that was made. I can't imagine something like that really happening.

the penguin that appears to slap the other one was never there in the first place, the whole thing's been added by someone editing it somehow. you can tell cos he doesn't move at all when he slaps the other one. also his shadow - ok, someone's added a shadow, but when the other penguin walks through his shadow: firstly the shadow does affect the light hitting the side of the penguin (which it clearly would as you can see the sun is quite low in the sky); also the shadow behind the penguin that falls goes darker as he walks through the shadow of the one that hits him - this wouldn't happen in real life as there is only one light source (the sun). try it out with a friend, you'll see what i mean in fact the whole thing might be fake, though to me it looks like the penguin's just been waddling along about to jump in the water but before he jumps the ice breaks under his foot and he just falls in face first then someone's added the other penguin slapping him on the head.

You're right about the shadows -- good eye! I agree... the stationary penguin is added.

oh bugger, i completely messed up that middle paragraph ... it's meant to read: "you can tell cos he doesn't move at all when he slaps the other one. also his shadow - ok, he has a shadow, but when the other penguin walks through his shadow: firstly the shadow does not affect the light hitting the side of the penguin (which it clearly would as you can see the sun is quite low in the sky); also the shadow behind the penguin that falls goes darker as he walks through the shadow of the one that hits him - this wouldn't happen in real life as there is only one light source (the sun). try it out with a friend, you'll see what i mean " (the bits i got wrong i put in italics just there to highlight my stupidity)

lol you're right about the shadow. Now I'm observing how the penguins walk. It was then I began to think that he's walking like he's all cool and macho.
Anyway, I don't know if it really looks like he's actually touching the first penguin's head b/c he begins falling after his foot falls through.

You had to examine shadows to prove it was fake? Compare the penguins. No penguin of that shape exists....

i suppose, but still, the shadow is the most conclusive evidence available

He does have a strange head and neck... and a bit of a pot belly for a penguin.
