I forgot to say earlier that the actress' name is Laurel Cronin. She also starred in "A League of Their Own" with Madonna and Rosie O'Donnell...and I think Tom Hanks and Geena Davis were in it too.

I just have a quick question before it slips my mind. What happens if the sandwhich starts to mold, does the person who paid all that money get to sue?

under scots law the buyer could claim ask for their money back under s13(1) of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 - it states that where there is a sale by description (i think sales on ebay would qualify for this) then there is an implied term that the goods will correspond with the description. so if the sandwich starts to mould then perhaps the buyer could argue that since the description said that it wouldn't then he has been sold something which does not correspond with the description and could have the sale avoided (he gets his money back, the seller gets his mouldy sandwich back) who said i never study?

Well, littlepea did say he was going to law school or something of the sort, so I'd think he'd know what he's talking about. But this happend in the states. (only in America... ... )

yup, i'm doing law at university, though this sort of stuff is what i did last year, so you should be impressed that i can remember it ;D most students forget things immediately after the exam in the subject
