Sad Scientific Facts About LoveBy: Samantha Stevens Disaster results when we see women trying to change a man's behaviour. According to evolutionary biologist Rosie Mestel, what women perceive as bad male behaviour (lying, cheating, ogling other women) is actually part of a biologically based prime directive to procreate as fast as possible. All the poorconfused thing is doing is behaving "naturally": trying to solve the age-old problem of passing on his genes before he croaks. ( continue) Think it's true? Think that's scientific enough?

I think though we've advanced from the caveman days, the planet's full, and although the article has some interesting points... cheating on me is a big no no..I don't mind a guy looking at another girl that's going to happen. And I probably don't wanna know what's running through their mind, so what that's instinct I guess..
Love=disease...part of the cynic in me says yes, but the idealistic says nah, it's not a disease.

Interestingly enough I t is my opnion that although adultry is a problem itself, it almost always is a symptom of yet another problem.
I do not buy into the whole "men cheat because they are only doing what is natural" line, and something tells me that if I was to ever try it with my wife she would most definately agree with me. Most likely with a frying pan...

I had a teacher that was a Social Biologist. (I think he should have been looked up he hit on girls less than half his age and had some unhealthy obsessions). He talked a lot about those theories anyway I think they are attempts to excuse bad behavior. We all have tendencies to do stuff we should not. Welcome to life grow up and control yourself. (That is directed to people who have behavior probs not the persons on the board)
