Is anyone else besides me into photography? I'm willing to share some photos I took later on (but right now I'm busy) I like taking photos in nature best. But of course, I like to take pics of my dog and me too. ;D

I do cutting edge photography mainly florals and sepia tone family photos including creative abstracts. I also paint oil on canvas including murals on walls. I don't know if I can post a photo image on this post or not?

Yeah you can post images. Meanwhile, I'll put some pics that I took around my house. ;D The following pictures are of birds that I took. I like taking pictures of birds and I hope to capture a humingbird. I forgot what time of year I did this, I think it was in the fall or something or early spring. (I don't even remember : Well it wasn't that long ago, just put it there. I get a lot of bunnies in my yard that my dog likes to go after. I've also got a gargoyle, see? ;D The following pics of the monach are pictures I told my brother to take as I was in a rush. The following pic is a snake that I found in some bushes. I was gonna trim them, but left 'cause I didn't want to disturb it. I've got one with a squirell sitting there with his hands folded seemingly asking me to take a profile shot so I did. ;D And I've got more bird photos. The following pic looks like it was touched up, but it was my luck the picture came out so soft, I was taking the picture through my screen window. The actual pictures are big enough to fit desktops, so if anyone wants one as a desktop, let me know and I'll get it for you. I was orginally going to host some as desktops, but oh well. never got the time.

My dog is a jerk. I was outside in my yard and as I was walking in the grass, I noticed I saw this butterfly. I've enver had the chance to see it so up close without it flying away. (the monarch picture above was actually a zoom). Anyway, here are the pictures of the final moments of this butterfly. I think my dog ate it b/c normally I make him eat any bugs that might get into the house or something. (I make sure they are nonpoison) And also, it tried flying away, but it seemed to have trouble getting out, so I assumed it was b/c the wings may have been tampered with (but it didn't seem likely).

That's hilarious. I can't stop my dog from eating the crickets in my basement. Well, she doesn't actually eat them... at least not at first. She chews them up and spits them out. But then later they're gone. Maybe she prefers dried cricket. Tara, one of my ex-boyfriends has all kinds of statues and such in his yard... and a gargoyle too. He was showing me pictures just this evening (he's afraid the new landlord will make him move, and he wanted to remember his garden).

His were grainy prints... but I'm supposed to meet him at his place tomorrow night so I'll try to remember to take my camera.

It's cool. What is the butterfly sitting on?

It is on a buddleia plant, or butterfly bush as it is also known. A popular plant for parks and gardens here in the UK, but this one is growing wild on cliffs overlooking the Thames estuary.

Photography is my main hobby for many years but digital images of florals made into abstract forms hoping to convey the mystical in art and poetry. I've written over 500 mystical poems over the years and matching them to images. Lots of work but also rewarding. I will try to upload an image.
