Sometimes I find some very interesting links on the google ads that are above this forum. This one is a hum dinger-one that I'd love to see but not necessarily want to tell anyone in my family that I am seeing it. (because I may get my arse beat) It is a woman finding out that Jesus never existed, at all. I can't help being curious about it, but I'm not going on the release date because I'm super superstitious about the 6/6/06 date. *shudders*(though I'm quite sure I'll be fine) Anyway, here's what it's about, I don't know what to think about it, I'm going to download the trailer though. www.thebeastmovie.com/about/index.html

Finding out Jesus never existed? That would suck huh?...
I was interested in that ad...

Yeah, that would suck. His lessons though, are most important.
I wonder who made this movie? Is it anti-Christian propaganda?

I'm actually really interested in this movie because I've previously watched a few programs on the History Channel, as well as on the Discovery Channel, that have explored the possibility of Jesus' nonexistence. It's really very interesting.

Sure I'll go watch, now to find a willing person to go with me.. I downloaded one of the trailers, it was ok I guess. They have a forum there too and I was up late reading on what they had to say. Kinda scary actually, because of what it might mean-if it were true, it would shake a lot of people's lives up, but then again it may not. I've often wondered several times what would happen if people were told there was no God-would there be outright chaos?

I don't know if there would be chaos. Depression, definately. Though perhaps even pandemonium. If there is no God, morality is useless, and therefore corruption would reign. Ofcourse then again there are some very morally bound atheists...

I think I'm gonna cry at the thought of him not existing. how emotional... anyways, through the faith of many, there is no doubt a cosmic spirit like his is real... but not an actual spirit being... As for being no God, I wouldn't care. Actually I wrote a poem on this about two months ago. Basically, I would be happy that I have lived a magical life and that's good enough for me. and if hell is real, I'll be trying my best to piss off a god that does nothing but torment and make trivial their doctrine. (Don't rant, don't rant....)

Yeah, I saw that link too. I believe Jesus existed without a doubt, yet still....... I think they intentionally wanted it released on 6/6/06.

Sure, why not?! That's when I'd have it released.

Hey folks, isn't it going to be June 6, 2006 in a few days? #think# Yes. #evil# The link above Pandora provided isn't accurate anymore. They have a new site now, click here. And the movie is no longer called "The Beast", but The Omen. Is anyone going to go see it?

I don't know if I could find a worse waste of my time. watching Paint dry? That at least would be cheaper. In general I'm up for intriguing ideas, but frankly this is dumb.

Well, as many of you know, The Omen came out yesterday. Did anybody see it or know what the current reviews are? How much did they make at th ebox office? I'm personally going to wait until it's out on DVD or something to see it. Movie theaters charge ridiculous amounts of money.

I haven't seen it yet, but it looks like a simple remake of the original. The trailers look similar to me. I may go see it....I don't know. As far as God existing......I don't care what anyone says, and I don't care whether any individual, such as Jesus, is disproven. I know that there is a God, and a heaven, and a hell, and that's good enough for me. All the details I'll leave to the traditional religions, and just not worry about them at all.
